Party Wall Notices

Bespoke Valid Notices, served in accordance with The Party Wall etc. Act.

- Land registry searches
- Review of proposed Drawings
- Advice and annotations on Drawings provided to ensure compliance with the Party Wall Act.
- First Class Service of Notices
- Follow up with 10-day notices and ultimately appointments Under Section 10(4)(b) of the Act, should the Adjoining Owner fail to respond.

Schedule of Condition
From £275.00
Extremely in-depth and detailed photographic survey with a dictated report noting any defects within the Adjoining Owner's Property.
Includes:
- 200+ Photographs
- Detailed Schedule of Condition report
- High resolution photographs kept on file of the surveyor in case of damage.
Party Wall Awards
From £475.00
Negotiating and agreeing Awards, keeping in mind both Parties interests. Ensuring that Awards are made such that relevant safeguards are in place for both the Building Owner and Adjoining Owner, allowing works to commence smoothly.
